The gas to an existing gas fireplace has been capped off. I need the fireplace pulled out and the vacant space tiled to make the area ornamental as I do not want to replace it with another fireplace. The photo with the gas heater is what it currently looks like. The other pictures are what I want it to look similar to. I want the tiling to match the current blue heart. The chimney will also need to be sealed to prevent water damage. The fireplace is 65 x 63 so quite small.

Need a qualified lisenced gas plumber quote to bring the gas stove up to rental standard, the mm measurement between the stove and exhaust gaan needs fixing.
