The 'check water' light isn't turning off, even though the impeller is clear, and we have drained water. Suspect that the sensor is broken and needs replacing.

We have an 8kg door gasket/seal that needs replacing. I have the new seal already. Will need someone to help replace the old one.

I require the door seal on my Bosch Serie 4 front loader replaced. It is not leaking or damaged, just grubby.

Throwing error code 23. Suspect it's the drum seal, as it leaks from the front. Have the part on hand already, needs installing. Top of the machine removed already, wasn't able to remove front part due to electric board.

Bosch dishwasher which opens during cycle. This causes the cycle to stop and for water with a bad smell to pool at the bottom of the dishwasher. Closing the door will continue and finish the cycle if the door doesn't pop open again. Could be an issue with the door latch or seal. Model number in images

Bosch washer dryer approx 10 years old no longer completing cycles and stopping with time left to run. Error code 09 appears when restart is attempted. All filters are clean and water pump working fine…

I have a Bosch stacking kit that I would like installed between my washing machine and dryer. Currently have a Bosch heat pump dryer stacker directly on top of washing machine that will need to be lifted down to do the job and then back up on top after shelf installation. Dryer very heavy and will likely need 2 people to move.

Hello - I’m hoping to find someone experienced to service my Mum’s Bosch washing machine and replace the rubber seal. Current issues we are experiencing are the door not closing easily - it takes quite a shove to get it closed - and my Mum is not that strong. The washing liquid tray is also filling up with water regularly, so there may be a blockage. Would love this diagnosed as well. Lastly, the inner seal is very, very dirty when opened up. Ideally, we would like this replaced. I am happy to purchase parts (new rubber seal?) that may be needed before the service as we’d like it fixed in one trip, if at all possible. My mum is elderly, so someone patient and kind would be ideal. I will be there for this task. Location is Reservoir - property is a single level villa. Any questions, please let me know. We’ve had the dishwasher about 10 years with no problems, but yesterday it showed an E15 error. I wasn’t able to drain anymore water so can’t clear the error. Also want to get the cause fixed

We need sometone to repair our Bosch Dishwasher (Model: SMU40M05AU) - the problem started this week when the door wouldn't shut close. We then ran a short cycle and it wasnt able to fully finish the cycle, so there is a small pool of water at the bottom of the machine now. It has been working perfectly up till now, this has come out of the blue. We are based in Camberwell.
