Our dishwasher is showing an Error code (E25). There is water in a drainage pipes bottom of machine so looks like the pump might need replacing. The dishwasher is around 12 years old but hasn’t been used that much as it is in a holiday home. The model number is SMS40M02AU. I’m hoping it can be repaired before Christmas- as long as it doesn’t cost too much ($300 or less).

Need to diagnose and repair our Bosch washing machine Serie 8 I-DOS, which is displaying error message E:00 and -18. Beeps in the middle of the wash cycle and does not complete and door is jammed. If it cannot be repaired, we have an additional washing machine in storage and Need help installing it.

The dishwasher doesn’t work and the error message is E3100, which is a faulty heating device I believe

I used dishwasher detergent sheets last night in my dishwasher instead of the usual Finish tablets and suds came out onto the floor and the E15 error came up. I need someone to remove the bottom panel and dry out and reset the foam leak sensor.

We need sometone to repair our Bosch Dishwasher (Model: SMU40M05AU) - the problem started this week when the door wouldn't shut close. We then ran a short cycle and it wasnt able to fully finish the cycle, so there is a small pool of water at the bottom of the machine now. It has been working perfectly up till now, this has come out of the blue. We are based in Camberwell.

Is anyone out there a wizz with fixing washing machines?! We just moved house and had to reconnect our washing machine up and reconfigure the hose - it’s now no longer draining properly! My husband attempted to YouTube and follow the instructions to remove the valve at the bottom to drain the water but unfortunately it’s still not working! I’m desperate for this to be fixed today due to the volume of washing that is now piling up! I suspect anyone that’s had this happen before or is a machine tech wiz will know exactly what to do and it’ll probably take less than 10 mins!
