The details of the oven are attached. The oven has not been working properly recently. It is suddenly burning food from the bottom and not cooking so steering from the top. It may be a thermostat issue or an issue with the element. The oven is at least 15 years old. This task is to inspect and attempt to fix.

Hi. Some more details for you: It's a 5E drain pump error. Symptoms: initially it wasn't draining at all, or draining v slowly (couldn't hear the pump working), We cleared the drain filter (bottom right of the machine) And then it actually started leaking when draining so maybe we didn't screw the filter cap back properly or the pump has ruptured. Expect we need a new pump. If you're able to quote call-out + install of new pump + the part, that would be awesome so we know what we're up for and can determine if it's worthwhile as the machine is quite old. Appreciate your help and have a great day

Aircon of my shop has stopped working - called the installers and they said it could be in need of a filter clean. There is a man hole and access door to remove the filter and clean it or replace it. Sealing rubber from dryer came off

We have a Miele built-in dishwasher. The door is falling open (I heard a cracking/snapping sound, I assume the tension spring breaking). The model is G 6587 SCVi XXL.

It seems the washer won’t spin. It fills and drains but stops about 5 mins into any cycle and won’t run a dry cycle. There has been an underwire of a bra stuck in if for a while which hasn’t caused issues before. I’ve put $100 but happy to talk about cost if required parts separately
