We have previously had issues with our ducted aircon causing leaks from the ceiling and it appears to be happening again. Last time there was a blockage in a drainage pipe which led to a build up of condensation that was seeping through the ceiling. One I have pulled apart, as I bought a new suction fan for it, but got stuck on the final disassembly to get to the part. Needs the fan changed over and reassembled. The second one just needs the motor cleaned and tested. If I can't get it working between times.
