We need an experienced appliance repair technician or electrically competent technician to attend our customer's retail premises in Argyle Street, Hobart and repair a Jiffy J-4000 commercial garment steamer. Likely Fault: a faulty power switch. We will supply the replacement switch in advance under warranty. Please confirm the fault on-site before fitting. Job includes removing the base cover, which is secured with standard nuts and bolts, diagnosing the fault, replacing the switch if needed, reassembling, testing the unit, and contacting us before any additional repairs. You will need experience with electrical appliance repair, your own hand tools including spanners or nut drivers and a multimeter, and of course, good communication. Payment is $150 for diagnosis and switch replacement. Additional repairs by approval only. Phone support from our NSW repair technician if needed. Please include a brief summary of your relevant experience and qualifications with similar electrical or small appliance repairs when you apply.
