I need an electrician to install an induction cooktop with required wiring done from the switchboard to the kitchen. Expect to receive the induction cooktop in a week's time. So the installation would have to be done approx 4th June. Date will be confirmed. Current cooktop is gas (Gasland 90cm GH90SF); it has a cutout size of 84 x 48 cm. The new cooktop is induction (Gasland 90cm IH90BF); it requires a cutout size of 87 x 49 cm.

Hi, I need help installing proper ducting for my kitchen rangehood. The old duct has already been removed. I found that it was only venting into the ceiling area, not outside. I need it properly ducted through the roof with a suitable roof vent/cowl. The roof opening must be fully sealed and weatherproof, with no gaps for animals or insects to get in. I’d also like the area to be cleaned and left tidy after the work. I’m happy to cover the cost of any required ducting or extra materials if you can advise what is needed. Could you please let me know if you can do this and give me an estimated cost?

Must have tools for brick wall core-drilling. *Note: The rangehood was ordered a couple of days ago and will take about 2 weeks to arrive. The job will likely need to be scheduled around early June. The new rangehood vent area is larger than the existing one, so the surrounding cabinetry will need careful adjustment to accommodate it. The cupboard is 300 deep, the current air vent area is 200, but new one is 300 deep, so the lower shelf area needs to be adjusted out effectively.
