Due to the winter cold the door has warped and doesn’t seem to be aligned with the frame. This means that the door cannot shut properly and is rubbing against the frame causing difficulty in opening and closing.

Security door next to be fixed

We have two internal doors that struggle to close so they need to be sanded. 1. Unhinge two doors 2. Sand bottom of doors 3. Rehinge doors Both internal doors need to shut properly.

It takes a bit of effort to open the door and some customers mistake it for being locked. There is a touching point between the frame and door that is probably the issue.
