Need caulking for few windows and cupboards

Door has moved and needs to be adjusted on the hinges so it can be locked properly - door does not completely press all the way in. It may need to be removed and reshaped. Will need some sanding down on the edges.

I rent so, I am going to buy a new back-door, take theirs off and replace it with it. So, I need the doggy door cut into the new door.
