We have a large roller garage door with an uneven concrete floor underneath it, which is leaving a gap underneath the door when closed. We are looking for someone to fill/build up and level the low areas of the concrete so the gap is reduced and supply all materials required for the concrete/filling work. Install a garage door floor/threshold seal across the bottom once the area has been levelled. I already have the garage door seal and will supply this. You will need to provide the concrete/levelling materials, adhesive/fixings if required, and all tools/equipment needed to complete the job. Photos attached showing the current gap and the seal supplied.

Due to the winter cold the door has warped and doesn’t seem to be aligned with the frame. This means that the door cannot shut properly and is rubbing against the frame causing difficulty in opening and closing.
