Hi, Looking for a handyman/carpenter to trim the bottom of an internal door by approx. 5–10mm to increase clearance. The issue is caused by aircon pressure (room becomes negative pressure when door is closed). The goal is to improve airflow. Scope: - Remove door - Trim bottom neatly - Reinstall and ensure smooth operation Note: If the initial trim does not resolve the issue (i.e. clearance still not enough), a second trim may be required. 2 Bedroom door that do not latch and close properly as handles and latches do not match. The doors rattle and blow open when bedroom windows are open. Need both fixed/repaired

DIY project to strip back the bathroom door and refinish not going the way I planned. Realised there were more layers of paint than originally thought. I have done three lots of paint stripper and ready to hand the job over to someone else before selling apartment. Need someone to strip the rest of the paint, sand it and reseal it with primer and paint (provided or will buy) as bathroom door.

I need help installing a portable air conditioner sliding door panel. The job involves: Assembling the window/sliding door panel kit - basically adding a few provided pins onto the panels so they stick together (see photo of panels lying on the ground). Fitting the panel into my sliding door. Attaching the exhaust hose to the panel and to the air con unit. No electrical work required - just basic assembly and setup. All parts and instructions are included. The job should be straightforward and should take less than 30 minutes. Timing: Flexible. Door handle in bathroom to be fixed

Hi - I have a set of french doors fro our sun room which need to b planed down (approx 5mm too tall and wide) and hung in a door frame. They also need handles installed. I also have 5 other doors which have 2 hinges each which need to be swapped onto new hinges (I have purchased all). One of the doors needs a small amount planed off of the bottom as its rubbing against the carpet.

Need a new solid internal door hung on an existing jam. 770x2040mm. Will need to cut out new hinges on the jam as well as door, install handle and lock. Door may need planning/trimming to fit old jam. Needs to be done this saturday, door & hardware are ready on site!

Sliding door fly screen ripped needs replacing.

Door handle, installed months ago, is jamming and needs to be pulled up and not down. It is getting worse and needs to be repaired. It may be a simple job for someone but if it becomes more complex and requires a replacement handle to be sourced then I will increase payment appropriately.

Hi, we have an Ezyscreens fly screen that is cut to size for us but need someone to install. They have instructions and is very easy (we have a drill if you need) Additionally a hanging wrack, once again just needs a drill install. Thanks!

Old balcony door is coming off the rails at both the top and bottom. Possible rail is bent - not sure what causing it. May need new runners? Can provide video but don’t think can post to the initial advert
