Awning window cannot close on the right side. Possible case of frame warping. May need shaving or readjustment somehow. Last pic shows the left side which closes fine.

We have some windows which appear to have not been caulked externally at the top of each window, which is causing an internal leak when raining. Task will be to caulk around the window frame to the building facade for the top sections of the external windows, and also check and caulk the same section for the internal side of the windows. There are 4 x windows which are located behind some sun shades externally (these sun shades can slide left / right for access). These windows are located on level 1, but can only be access via the courtyard of the ground floor apartment; - Windows 1,2 and 4 (in floor plan image) via a ladder up from ground floor to the first level windows - will need to get to top area of the windows. - Window 3 (in floor plan image) via access of the ground floor courtyard roof, which this should make access slight easier for that window. So this task will require someone who is able to provide their own ladders, and is able to work at a bit of a height to reach top of the windows of the first floor (approx. 5m-6m) The task will be required for sometime during the week of Mon 30th March - Thurs 2nd April (as I'm currently away so can't be on-site), and I will also need to co-ordinate to get access with owners of other units.

The shower door needs re-adjusting and the hinge needs to be replaced

Need recaulking for deteriorated window caulking and some tile silicone caulking

Broken bathroom door handle, probably needs to change the whole thing. Very simple, 10 minutes work.

I’ve got a sliding wooden door on a metal runner that seems to be jammed and now won’t fully open. I need a hand with fixing the runner so the door can operate fully again

Our front door and gate get jammed as you open and close them, because the base of the door and gate are scraping on the floor. Needs the front door and gate to be shaved slightly at the bottom. Both are wooden.

Mesh door not closing correctly Bottom hinge is off the frame Upper middle and lower hinges are mishaped Issue occurred from door being over extended and bent the hinges. Door does close by lifting up and pulling in Bottom hinge needs screwed in. Tried to put a screw in but seems there's nothing for it to grab into. Originally was pop rivets. Seems metal in the cavity May need to tighten other hinges

1 door needs to be trimmed 1-3mm to accommodate new flooring. First picture is left side of the door where it needs to be trimmed and second is towards the right where it has sufficient height

We have tall wardrobe doors and the hinges have come loose. We may have some screws but it’s likely that we’ve lost them.

I have 2 sets of French internal doors that have really old mortises and hardware that I want to change to newer stuff (tradco and will place order once confirmed with tasker). I am looking for someone to fill in the mortise cuts (they were cut by previous owner using a drill so not uniform/clean) and make way for the new hardware to be fit. I’d also like them hung on the frames, another issue here is that the screws that were used on the hinges have broken off (I will take the blame for this part) so some expertise in fixing this is required
