Looking to add a door to a shower with a frameless screen currently. First photo is what it looks like, second photo is the kind of door I would like to add (but open to suggestions of course!) The opening is around 840mm, existing glass is 2000mm

Some outside doors don’t close properly and might need sanding. There is an inside bathroom door that needs a new handle/ lock and has an impact hole. Also we have a toilet roll holder that needs fixing replacing. See photos

Paint garage door white - same colour as house

The walk in wardrobe door is stuck. The door closes inwards and somehow the bottom drawer in the walk in wardrobe has re opened and is blocking the door from opening

Patch and paint two outdoor Render spots (allyway pillar and front doorbell)and patch and paint some spots on an internal Gyprock wall (electrician cut squares to thread power point along the bottom of wall). I have and will supply the paint only.

A cupboard door has come off its hinges and hanging loosely

The basement door is old & solid so just need the old stop and jam (hinge post?) replaced with a solid beam and installed as its got signs of rot and the doors out of plumb. Also need a new cylinder for the existing lock and 2 keys to suit. Hit me with a quote. More photos coming Monday.

I have a cavity 1110x690mm and I need to supply and install a fire rated -/60/- window either fixed or operable for this space. The pictured window wi be removed by the builder. Timber window would be preferred or aluminium and stainless steel could work, The job is: 1. Install window into the cavity 2. Looking for an experienced garage door technician to diagnose and repair my B&D automatic garage door. Issue: ● The automatic opener has stopped working over the last 2 days. ● The door opens and closes easily when operated manually, so it doesn’t appear to be jammed. ● The motor/remote isn’t opening the door automatically (needs diagnosis). Looking for someone with experience repairing B&D garage doors and automatic openers who can troubleshoot the issue and, if possible, fix it on the spot. Shower door is leaking. Needs a new strip on the bottom.

The wooden sliding door is jammed open. I can’t quite detect why it won’t close I think the problem is at the bottom though.

The shower door rollers are faulty and require replacement. Attached are photos of the rollers.

Updated to remove reference to taps as this requires a separate job by a plumber. 1) Front door doesn't shut properly and needs to be slammed to shut. The hinges need to be replaced (brushed brass) and the door planed and rehung. 2) Hang two paintings (2 x screws in rendered wall for each)

Install new vented clothes dryer ducting from machine to window. Includes changing venting adaptor from front of machine to back. All install items have been purchased and ready. Dryer currently on top of washing machine.
