The nails in the bottom hinge of the door have rusted and come out meaning the door is no longer on the bottom hinges. The holes were evidently pre drilled too wide for the nails and no longer fit so this is an issue. We appreciate your help with this issue. - Due date: Flexible

Garage door dislodged at one end and not working.

As per the photos, our door handle has broken and requires a replacement. We have not bought a new handle however can organise this or reimburse if it is purchased. We are a bit flexible on the day and time.

I need 5 door lever handles installed. One I've already done it just needs to be adjusted and the other ones need some more wood to be removed so it fits but it's pretty much ready to be screwed in. Please note I've already removed all previous handles. I then need 6 door stoppers installed, two of them need to be drilled into my new tiles so you need to have a diamond drill for this.
