1. Front door handle The brass lever on our front door has come away, looks like the spindle has slid out of the latch. Needs refitting, and possibly a new lever set or longer spindle if the current one is worn. Happy for you to confirm and I can repurchase the same one from Bunnings if needed. There’s a Philips smart lock mounted above it that’s working fine and shouldn’t need to be touched. There’s also an old filled escutcheon hole just below the handle, so the timber there may need packing out. 2. Exterior patch (back of house) A small hole in the weatherboards where an old phone line used to run. Bare timber is exposed and a bit splintered, needs filling, sanding and painting to match. Photos attached. Please bring your own tools and filler. Paint can be provided here.

We curently have a sliding door in a bedroom with an old sliding mechanism. We would like to change it for a barn door mechanism (see photo).

This is garage at a unit near MOnash Uni. Someone has backed into the roller door and now it wont roll up. There is no internal access to pop the door out - fixing it has to be addressed from the outside.

I have two tasks as described below: TASK 1: Supply and install wire trellis on timber fence Supply all materials and install a stainless steel tensioned wire trellis on a painted timber fence. Area is 2m wide x 1.8m high. Eye bolts fixed into fence with horizontal wire runs spaced ~25–30cm apart, sitting ~50mm proud of the fence face. Tasker to assess paling thickness on arrival and fix into rails if needed. Trellis is to support a Chinese star jasmine. Please take care with painted surface. All hardware must be rust-resistant and suitable for outdoor use. TASK 2: Supply fixings and mount three artificial garden discs onto timber fence (see example photo) i already have the discs. Supply all fixings and mount three Evergreen Walls Signature Discs onto a painted timber fence. Sizes: small (50cm), medium (70cm), large (90cm). Combined weight ~4–8kg. Discs hang like a picture frame. Placement and stagger to be confirmed on the day. All fixings must be outdoor-rated and suitable for timber. Note: Same fence as Task 1

New wooden door to be installed onto a bathroom entrance, all parts supplied except the drill. Would like someone to inspect first to assess. All parts including handle to be installed. Door needs to be shaved down at the bottom.

I’ve got a heavy old wooden door that’s hinges are falling out of the frame. It’s old and looks like it’s been repaired previously.

I have a three doors with brass handles, and two doors with chrome handles, around the house that are difficult to open & close. I think the screws need tightening? I also have a bathroom door frame that needs repair as it has swollen with water damage.

Need front door and frame to be replaced and lock install

Issue with double garage door closing but never fully closes and reverses back up mid way through. Would take multiple attempts to get garage door to shut.

Auto garage door won't shut . Hinge getting jammed

Need to fix the side of the wooden door.

Door not sliding properly. Door not electric

Our garage door cannot be lifted by the door motors as the last two bolts holding the door seems loose. Need someone come and replace the some of the bolts and tightening the bolts, and may give it a good service.
