Broken door and door frame from bad tenants. Front door frame needs replacing, possibly only the one left side. This needs to then be sealed and painted. The current replacement door put on by bad tenants was too long and has scratched the first few floor boards as you walk in( we have some spare of these to replace). Then new front door thats sealed properly needs to go on and painted with door handle and lock put on.
