The door is the correct size and doesn’t need resizing, but it does need to be recessed/hung properly. I also need a new keypad lock and door handle installed. Replace internal laundry door, paint and refit door handle and hinges.

Fix kitchen pantry door where hinges are coming away from the door. They are clip in hinges not screwed to the door, and no longer held firmly in place

Garage door repair， cant lift up

Automatic garage door has stopped working properly like it should after a car reversing into it slightly. The garage door works but is sometimes interrupted. We tried to fix ourselves and might have caused it more issues. Could also be really simple fix

X1 skirting need to be nailed back into the wall with liquid nails and tidied up nothing major - skirting is all cut and ready to go just needs to be nailed and touched up X1 front door x2 little holes from deadlock need to be patched and painted X1 study lock see pictures

Looking for someone experienced in replacing flyscreen mesh on a standard sliding screen door. Existing mesh needs to be removed and new mesh installed. I’m replacing two bathroom handles and one closet door handle with new handles. There is holes already in the two bathroom doors so I’m not sure if something else needs to be done to install new door handle the hole might need to be made bigger.
