I’ve brought the screen just need three sliding doors replaced with fly screen

I’m looking for a plasterer/handyman to repair two damaged internal windowsills. Both windowsills have been damaged from moisture caused by a salt lamp sitting on it. The moisture has caused the surface/paint and plaster underneath to deteriorate and peel away, so the damaged material will need to be removed, repaired/plastered and smoothed ready for painting.i have started it on one but would like a professional to finish. There is also a second windowsill in another room with similar damage, although this one is not as bad. Looking for someone who can assess both windowsills and repair them properly

Need an experienced handyman to remove and replace rounded/stripped screws on the door handle and lock. Screws were overtightened and are now stripped, requiring proper extraction and secure re-installation. Also tighten the door hardware to eliminate the “play” in the door handles. No need to replace the entire set. Main Bathroom Door Stopper Loose: The main bathroom door stopper is loose/partially detached from the wall. The mounting plate has come away from the wall and the screw is exposed. Please securely reattach the door stopper and ensure it is firmly fixed and functioning properly. Please ensure the door handles, hardware, door stopper and locks are all fully functional and secure after the repair. Unit is a short-term rental property.

Install doggy door in fly screen sliding door. There is an existing doggy door that is too small, it needs to be removed and have the bigger one added in its place

Need someone to urgently come and fix or replace bathroom door that keeps falling off the top hinge. It is a very heavy door and I’m ok to replace it with a normal door if that’s a better solution but it has fallen off a few times and we need a reliable solution please.
