Can someone fix this double door asap

Job is in relation to: - removing the existing external garage door (820mm) - installing a new garage door (note - door will be provided) - the reason for removing the existing door is due to damage on the bottom Price is negotiable, and I am quite flexible.

We installed new carpet and the 2 bedroom doors and wardrobe doors had to come off. The floor is now raised slightly because of the carpet. Doors need to be slightly shaved from the bottom and simply screwed back on.

Garage door issues. Not working

The garage door currently stops at certain sections, and at one point the motor makes a grinding noise. I need about 6 doors sanded back to original state. This also includes remove paint off of the glass panels. I don’t have much space at home to sand them, but I have a nature strip and live on a park which mean the job can possibly be done from my home, or happy for them to be taken to another location to be done.
