Hello, our sliding doors to our bathroom and toilet are so annoying - they stick as the door slides. We have tightened the bolt into the track but I’m pretty sure the rollers need to be replaced. I haven’t purchased though as I’m not sure of the right part to buy. Can you help?! (There are two doors - see photos). Price here is just for labour not parts. Let me know how much the tracks and rollers are likely to be And I will add in the cost on top of this amount !

Hello! I need the external door to be replaced, using the existing hardware on the doorframe (the hinges and strike plate). This includes installing a lockable door handle in the door to work with the existing hardware in the door frame (the door frame cannot be altered or changed in any way as this is a rental property). I also need a dog door installed in that door (there is already a dog door installed but I require a larger one).
