The wooden decorative door surround is damaged. The 2 vertical panels need removing and replacing. I’ve no idea of cost for this.

Looking for a handyperson to carry out three small repairs at a property: 1. Bedroom door handle – The outer door handle is loose/broken and keeps coming apart even after being screwed back in. It needs to be properly repaired or replaced if necessary. 2. Bathroom extractor fan – The extractor in the first-floor bathroom makes a noise and the motor/rotor appears to be running, but there are no fan blades attached. As a result, it isn’t extracting odours or air properly. Please inspect and repair or replace the extractor fan as needed. 3. Loose stair/landing carpet – The carpet leading up to two of the bedrooms is coming loose/slipping out and could be a trip or slip hazard. It needs to be properly secured back into place. Ideally looking for someone who can assess and complete all three jobs in one visit. Please bring the necessary tools. If replacement parts are required, please let me know what is needed.

The door requires rehanging. It was slammed shut and came off its hinge at the top. It is the top of the door frame the hinge same off from and its ripped some of the frame. The bottom door frame hinge fitting looks unaffected. This is a solid wood door.

Hi Idrees I hope you are well. I am emailing to report a few repairs that need attention at Magnolia Road. Firstly, the shower is leaking. The leak appears to be between the shower head and the metal hose. Secondly, the patio door is not closing properly and could be easily forced open, even when locked. As this presents a security risk, we would appreciate it if this could be repaired as a matter of urgency. Please let us know when someone will be able to attend.
