I need the handles of front door re fixed as it has fallen off due to difficulty with jamming the front door. The door needs to be filed down for easy shutting. I need the bathroom door also filed down.

Broken valance rail brackets need removing and alternative rail fitted and fitting of cleaned valance. Large high windows over a flight of stairs. Will need ladders safe for stairs. 3.5 metres. Will discuss price.

The lock on the kitchen back door is broken not working

My hospital bed broke a piece of the moulding and need fixing. Two doors have some cracks by the panels and need smoothing out i guess with putty, a new door need a hole drilled for the handle, a drawer doir on kichen cabinet need to re attach, a door need to go on the proper hinges, parts of a wall need smoothing out with putty. The jobs are not huge just odds and ends.

I need someone to repair a wooden internal door that has split along the edge near the latch/lock area. The wood is cracked, and part of the latch area is damaged. The door is still attached but may need glueing, clamping, filling, and reattaching the latch plate securely. Ideally, I’d like the door restored so it closes and locks properly again.
