uPVC back door needing a cat flap fitting

The door to install is at the rear of the garage and its size is 813mm x 1981mm x 44mm. As this is not a standard size it will need to be cut from a taller solid core wooden door (2032mm) and lipping applied. Door will also need to be fitted with a door handle/lock and new hinges to frame (supplied). Front garage frame also needs repair, to splice new wood in ready to be painted (pictured).

Hi, I need urgent help with my master bedroom door. The current door does not have a key lock or even a hole drilled for one. I need someone who can either install a lock with keys by drilling the necessary hole or advise whether it would be better to replace the door entirely with one that already has a lock and keys. Please let me know if this is something you can help with as soon as possible.
