My internal wooden door came off the screws, the wood has splintered behind the screws.

The upvc hinges have become loose on a door at my tenants house. It needs some plugs put in so all 3 hinges are tight and they might need some adjustment. They are standard upvc door hinges and are fairly new so it's just the screws that need redoing. The hinges are similar to those in the pictures but were renewed a year or so ago.

I attempted to remove the other rollers thinking I could fix the derailment but made things worse (I can't put it back).
