I previously hired a builder who incorrectly installed some of the architectural features. I now need the following work completed correctly: •Remove and reinstall the architrave properly. Roughly around 6 doors •re install architrave where needed. 10 doors •Install new internal doors x10, including fitting the hinges and handles. All items are supplied from myself. Please ensure all work is completed to a high standard and aligns with the existing design of the property.

Need a new truck to the bottom and top of a sliding wardrobe to put an existing door onto a new track to allow access to the wardrobe drawers

Currently, the sliding door is on a track with another door. This is preventing me from opening the drawers within the wardrobe fully I would like one of the Doors to be moved onto its own new track which will need fitting to the bottom and ceiling of the wardrobe. I have included some images of the current track and rollers happy to answer any questions.

We recently had the house re-carpeted, and the carpet is much thicker than the old one! So... We need three internal doors shaved by 5-10mm so that we can close them. We also need 4 x shutter doors reduced in length by around 1cm. They are currently 2.1m long. See photos. We have a large patio to do this kind of work, and off street parking.

The bottom joist of the front door has/is snapping away from the side joist, which means the panel is also coming loose and it will likely snap completely pretty soon...! We have had a handyman pop over who thinks that it may just be a joist/panel replacement (as opposed to a whole door) and are keen to get someone over to fix it as soon as we can. Thanks!

Fire door won’t close fully shut

Our old loft latch has become worn - but we may be able to find a new catch it will fit into - otherwise we will need to replace the whole thing?
