I need a new external door opening created in the brick wall of my garden outbuilding/garage, as shown in the attached photos. I would like a standard-sized external door installed, including: * Carefully creating the new opening in the existing brick wall * Providing and installing a suitable lintel * Properly supporting the wall/roof while the opening is being made * Making good the brickwork around the opening * Supplying and fitting the door frame and external door * Making the opening and door weatherproof * Fitting the door, hinges, lock/handle and finishing the job neatly * Removing any building waste Please inspect the wall and confirm the correct lintel/support arrangement before starting. I have attached a photo of the wall. I can provide additional measurements/photos if required. Looking for someone experienced with brickwork, structural openings and external door installation.

I need assistance rehanging two built-in bi-fold wardrobe doors in a bedroom. The doors were removed and we have been unable to reinstall them. The doors fold in the middle and run on a top track. I would like someone to assess the fittings, rehang the doors, and ensure they open and close correctly.

Just a garage which needs leaves raking. Can't climb up there as elderly person lives at property. Garage door also needs sanding down and repainting.

Photos following shortly!!! The job will either require dismantling the door handle and mending it before re-fixing or may require fitting a new handle. The handle works perfectly from the outside with a bit of tension when pushing the handle down to open. From the side you can see the door mechanism working perfectly. But from the inside, the handle has collapsed, hanging down so the mechanism is completely broken even though the handle is still attached.

Need a new door as my old one for some reason the door on the outside now dont work so had to break into my room to get in now door broken so need a new one fitted however idk the measurements so we will need that then straight to the shops to collect the door with the measurements and then installing the lock system door
