Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.
Really helpful and honest! Came out quickly, looked at my washing machine and explained clearly that the issue was actually with the way the drainage pipe was setup etc and not the machine itself. Didn’t try to overcharge or make it more complicated than it was. Professional, friendly and good price too. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽 Thanks Saf!😄

Current connector to washing machine has a slow leak (as evidenced by the limescale on pipe on the picture). The valve needs replacement, the pipe needs clearing of limescale, and the dishwasher needs reconnecting.
Came on the day as promised, worked efficiently, and fixed the problem. Couldn't really ask for more!

Anthony solved my issue of the washing machine flooding the sink. He restructured all the plumbing underneath the sink to make sure the water would flow more easily from my sink and also added a stopper that would block the water from the washing machine from being pushed into the sink.Good eye for detail and technical abilities.
