Samsung washing machine is not draining water out when washing. It locks up and refuses to open unless water is drained out. I have drained out water through the filter and also checked the filter to see if it is dirty but it is clean. Machine starts spining but never drains out the water and the door locks, showing a red padlock on screen. I need an electrician to install a new wall-mounted power socket for a washing machine. There is currently an electrical cable on the ground that feeds the appliance. Please see photo.
