Hanging a large framed print on the wall

Looking for hanging of 5 paintings, mirror, a couple of ornaments - approx 10 items! Will need a drill and materials, and someone experienced. I live in a flat

I have a framed photo that I would like putting up on our living room wall please. It has a wire across the back, and measures approx 112cm L x 86cm W It is quite heavy as it is a wooden frame. I have attached photos.

Hanging mirror in hallway of flat - mirror dimensions of 171cm height x 76cm width. 13.7kg mirror weight. two fixing points (hooks) on back of mirror. Mirror pictured in freestanding form, stand folds away so can be wall hung. application wall is plasterboard which separates the upstairs flat’s stairwell. Potentially happy to have mirror sitting partly on skirting to bear some of the mirror’s weight. Mirror only provided, no tools, screws, wall plugs on hand etc.

The ceilings in our flat are very high - approx 8meter. The smoke detector is beeping due to low battery and needs to be changed but a conventional ladder won’t reach so will likely need a scaffold tower. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have an Ikea PAX wardrobe that I need help finishing assembly with (installing the doors and attaching it to the wall). The wardrobe is a little away from the wall so it will need a couple bits of wood to secure it. We then have 5 shelves we would like mounted and a piece of artwork.

I need a wall mounted desk fitted in my flat. I don’t know if the wall is solid brick or not, or what I’m drilling into- so I need someone to be confident in being able to work that out. The desk will have a load of up to 30kg for itself and with things on it so it needs to be fitted in a way it can bare load. The fixings on the desk itself are simple- there are just 4 holes for the fixings and I already know the measurements for the height it should be fitted. There is one position it could go, if needed due to the wall type, but it is on a slight angle so if that position is chosen that would need to be handled. Thank you!
