Behind the tiles, the plasterboard has crumbled away, so a new section of plasterboard needs to be fitted to the baton, before re-mounting the tiles to the plasterboard. Once re-mounted, the tiles will need re-grouting, and the mastic/sealant around the tiles where it joins to the bath, needs re-doing.
