The cold water connection in the kitchen needs to be updated to a split connection (for a dishwasher and a washing machine) - I have the parts, but cannot manage to unscrew the current connection as it is really sealed tight. The waste water connection also needs to be updated to a split connection for the dishwasher.

Don't have the nec ladder to reach the beeping smoke alarm. You'd need a ladder, not a step ladder. Not sure what battery it needs but can research that.

Need my TV placed on the wall

I need my 65inch tv demounted and my wall cupboard remounted as well. I’ve attached a picture of the tv mount and the wall mount.

We temporarily removed a standard internal door to move a large piece of furniture out of the room. We are now struggling to re-hang it correctly, it is not levelling up properly and will not close smoothly in the frame. The door, frame, hinges, and screws are all original and on-site. No trimming or planing should be required, as it fit perfectly before removal. Just needs an experienced eye to align the hinges correctly and get it closing properly.

I need someone to fit a wall mount for a satellite dish on the second floor - close to the roof, see picture attached. I'll arrange a ladder.

Radiator has pulled away from the wall. Looks like the rawl plugs gave up on it. I've filled the holes behind the radiator, but it's propped up by a chair now, still connected to the pipes at the bottom. Will need draining, new screws and rawlplugs fitted, rehanging and a quick test.
