There is a crack just between a bedroom wall and the ceiling. I think that the board of the dry wall is caving in, as there are cracks coming down and up the wall in a couple of places too. I want someone to fix the cracks - maybe the board will need to be changed? (note: I have no idea of the cost, so the budget is a complete guess!)

A wall hanger needs to be re-installed. It was previously installed with bolts which were not strong enough and it fell out due to the clolthes' weight. It will need to be re-installed with bigger bolts I presume. Potentially some drywall repair might be required too.

My partner and I moved out of our old flat. When we took down some decorations, it ripped off some of the paint. In some places, the drywall needs repairing. It is quite a small semi-detached property. There is a small entrance, toilet, kitchen, bedroom and living room. The painting and repairs are only required in the bedroom and the living room, which would be less than 25m2. The damage on the walls cover less than 20% of it. I do not know how much such a job would be on average. What is the minimum expected?

Victorian house , we are having works done but the builder is away unexpectedly. Some of the ceiling fell down (drywall) after spotting a suspicious crack.
