Install a cat flap into a glass door

We currently have hollow doors and we are looking to have new ones hung.

We need the electric pull cord vent in our kitchen window replacing, it's currently a 9in one with about a 170cm diameter hole in the glass. It isn't working, may just be the fuse but it needs replacing anyway as it's very old and hasn't worked in over 10 years, I can get a new vent but I need to know which one I need and we would also like it to be a bit more slimline than the 30 year old one we have as it's too big to fit the kitchen blind as it gets in the way.

I have purchased a door of the correct size but it has not fixtures and fittings (hinges, door handle, lock etc) which needs to replace our current front door that is old and cracked. Handles and locks will need to be transferred.

Two spotlights are not working - possible wiring issue. It's definitely not the bulbs! Front door not closing well, and needs insulation refitting. Kitchen tap dripping.
