We have two toilet door locks that the emergency release coin turn can be opened without the need for a coin. Our understanding is that this is incorrect and should not be easily opened with fingers alone.

We need the electric pull cord vent in our kitchen window replacing, it's currently a 9in one with about a 170cm diameter hole in the glass.
