I Want to install two window rails for my living room and bed room

Back door to balcony will not open all the way due to mechanism being either broken or a fault, in the picture this is the furthest we can open the door

I have a total of 9 windows (including the balcony door). The total measured circumference (all four edges) across all of them is 163.5 ft (roughly 165 ft). I also need the toilet re-sealed. The height is 7 ft on two sides (total 14 feet), and the base is 3 ft x 2.5 ft (around 10 feet total). All windows photos are given here, so there won't be any surprise for you. The existing sealant is coming out, so I would like everything re-sealed. Please provide a quote including labour and materials (white sealant suitable for windows and bathrooms). I have been told it will need around 5-6 tubes for the windows and 1 tube for the toilet. I expect Unibond/Gorilla would cost around £50-£60 total (I need white anti-mould good quality sealant). Quote should include the material cost too. I would like the work completed before the end of February. I am flexible on dates and times.

2 tasks required 1. To fit a new lock on cupboard door. New lock provided. 2. To water proof seal around the tap that is already fitted. Picture attached.

Mouldy loose seal needs removing and replaced with new seal around three sides of small shower tray. Door side could do with clean and reseal too. I work from home most Tuesdays and Fridays.
