Sound in the lobby is still very high (80–90 dB). What we need: - An expert to assess and recommend solutions to reduce sound leakage, especially from the emergency exit and the internal double doors. - Possible solutions might include upgrading to acoustic double glazing, improving door seals, or replacing doors with better soundproofed options. What to quote for: - Assessing the current doors and seals. - Recommending and potentially installing new acoustic double-glazed doors or adding secondary glazing. - Improving the seal around the emergency exit door to reduce peripheral sound leakage (e.g., using acoustic caulk, weatherstripping, or upgrading the door) Photos are attached for reference.
