A couple of doors still have the old handles on them, so those will need taking off first. You’ll need to bring your own tools and any screws (including shorter ones if needed). Everything just needs to be fitted properly so the handles and latches work smoothly. Please make your offer a fixed price, including any small bits like screws or minor adjustments to the existing holes if needed. No extra charges on the day unless there’s a genuinely unexpected issue with a door, and anything like that would need to be discussed and agreed through the app before carrying on. I’m flexible with timing, so you can fit it in whenever suits you.

The seal on our front door has come off, meaning there is a gap which lets a draft through. We need to re-seal the door. We’re not sure if we need to provide the seal?
