The existing door needs to be taken off the hinges, a new piece of door frame (door jam) adding in and the door hung slightly lower to close the gap from the bottom of the door to the floor

Hardware has been painted over multiple times so screw heads will likely need scoring out with a blade or knife before they’ll turn — not just a straightforward unscrew. Please bring a multi-tool/utility knife for this. Very old house and conservatory don't have funds to replace right now. Need internal and external cracks filled /blocked as we're getting ants. Edging and 5-10 holes. I have different sealants/fillers and gaffer tape!

The doors no longer open all the way out. We are missing part of the door handle to be able to open it. It needs a new handle so we can open the doors all the way along

We need the garden door taken off and a side bit as well to be able to get a fridge freezer into the kitchen - the back door has a little ledge. And then have the garden door and post put back on.
