The front door of my tenanted property is missing screws in the hinges which is making the door have more weight on the lower hinge which is gettimh worn out, so ideally I just need new screws fitted for the latches so the door can open and close properly

Remove two existing timber external doors which have rotted and install a replacement timber door (supplied by me). Prime and paint the doors and swap ironmongery over to new door. For the glazed door, swap glazing over to new door. Fit new doors. Remove and dispose of old doors. Also replace door cill below glazed door with new cill (supplied)
