The stable door was forced. the hinges and brackets are bent out of shape and need replacing. Some minor carpentry required.

Garage twist handle has broken off of the original shaft and can't be refitted. Complete new handle unit needs to be supplied & fitted.

Front door of my porch has got some issue, when I try to lock it it runs very hard and I have to put a lot of force to turn the key. I have checked and there is something working with the door alignment

Part of Architrave has come off, there is small holding nails at the back which would need removing, then wood glue then fillering or caulking, there is no damage to the actual architrave
