Need to replace UPVC door entrance with a wooden door FD30s self-closing doorset.

Need 5 doors measured and hung

uPVC front door handle needs replacing replacing ✅ The backplate is solid ❌ Only the outside lever itself is loose ❌ Cannot see a grub screw underneath Believe this uses a concealed retaining clip (circlip) and/or internal spring cassette or spindle needs fixing Please repair or replace (new handle costs will be covered in addition to the fee)

I have several fire doors that have fire door chain closing mechanisms. I'd like to disengage them without damaging them. Also, I have a door knob which is very hard to turn. If possible I'd like to adjust the tension so it's easier to turn.

I attempted to replace a broken bathroom door handle set with a new one, but maybe I have the alignment wrong or something as once fitted handles and lock don't freely move. I need it re-fitted, the lock bar needs trimming and possibly a little bit of making good. The old strike plate is shown in the pictures (I didn't bother fitting the new one when the handle didn't operate properly).

Hi Namita, i would love to complete this job for you, this would ideally be split over two days, if i remember correctly the door is slightly spit where the hinges are so this would need to be glued and clamped i could pop over on friday for 25 mins/half an hour to glue and clamp the door as well as take a look at the gate i could then return on sunday to complete the rest of the task as by then the glue would of had enough time to set up please let me know if this works kind regards Geoff

We have two doors we replaced the hinges and need the wood filling, sanding and then painting. We also have a crack along wall panelling in en-suite if you’d be able to fill / sand this as well! 6 hinges in total and then the one wall panel in bathroom.
