We have two built in cupboards at the top of the stairs. These have old hinges that have been painted over many times over the years and need replacing - but having been painted so much, we cannot easily remove the screws to replace. We need someone who knows what they are doing to replace these 8 hinges for us with the new ones I have bought. I am sure there must be a trick to is, but scoring with a Stanley knife did not work! Please only apply if you have a fair bit of experience replacing painted on hinges!
