Provide and fit replacement dog flap to PVC back door

The sill has come away from it's groove and warped. The bottom beads holding in the double glazing are warped - needs replacing. This work likely needs a scaffold tower. I do not know what this should cost to be done well

Door currently opens with handle on right, want to swap so that the door opens with handle on left. I am happy to do finishing touches myself - I.e filling and painting the gaps where the hinges were previously positioned on the frame.
