Hi, I’ve got a garden door that opens into my kitchen, and the problem is everyone keeps bringing in mud from outside. I’ve tried putting a mat under the door, but every single one gets caught or dragged when I open or close it. I just need someone to adjust or trim the door slightly so there’s enough space for a rug or mat underneath. That way I can keep the floor clean without the mat getting stuck. Should be a small job for someone who knows what they’re doing. Thanks!

I need a handyman/plumber to fix 3 loose sink taps and a shower door in a rental property: - Kitchen tap (metal sink) – loose/wobbly. - Kitchenette tap in Room 5 (laminate worktop) – loose/wobbly. - Bathroom tap in Room 5 (porcelain sink) – loose/wobbly. - Shower door in Room 5 (corner shower, curved sliding door) – door has come off the track as the rollers aren’t aligned. Needs realigning onto the track, or advise if replacement/repair parts are required. The taps likely just need tightening/re-securing underneath. It may be the case that a fixing plate/bracket may be needed if the worktop wood has softened. Please bring appropriate tools (e.g. basin wrench) and any standard fixing kits/plates in case required.

my door is broken and i need a new one fitted

1) The door of a glass cabinet needs to be fixed as it does not close so needs a magnetic strip for it to close. 2) I need nails to be hammered on the wall in 8 different spots. 3) A light bulb needs to be changed. 4) Boiler is working but as I do not know its setting so the boiler has to be set.
