Hi, I’ve got a garden door that opens into my kitchen, and the problem is everyone keeps bringing in mud from outside. I’ve tried putting a mat under the door, but every single one gets caught or dragged when I open or close it. I just need someone to adjust or trim the door slightly so there’s enough space for a rug or mat underneath. That way I can keep the floor clean without the mat getting stuck. Should be a small job for someone who knows what they’re doing. Thanks!

Stuck kitchen door needs to be opened

Bathroom door needs trimming down only slightly. Door handle needs replacing. Tried to replace myself but couldn’t get the mechanism to work.
