Wifi in loft office on 2nd floor for video calls is unreliable. Needs to be solid for client calls. House is Victorian terrace. BT Open Reach Router plus booster on 1st floor landing.

I have 2 new printers that I would like help connecting to our home wifi and computers at home.

My laptop is really slow. Says a network cable might be unplugged or damaged. Says conected without internet but a strong signal is there. My printer will print sometimes but not always. Need everything set up properly really from scratch

We buy connection and data from virgin media and have extenders but system doesn’t work well… need someone to assess current set up and change to make function well throughout the flat

The iMac crashed. When I restarted it, it couldn’t find the WiFi network. I tried restarting a few more times but it seems as if the network configurations have been lost. All other devices in the house are ok. It could be that this might be able to be fixed remotely, but as I can’t connect to a network on that machine it might not be possible

I have strong sky internet but only at the front of the house. I have purchased TP-Link adapters and the WiFi doesnt work consistently. I need some help in ensuring my whole house gets coverage

We have a TP Link in our new home but cannot seem to make it work or connect it to our WiFi!

Persistent WIFI issues and connectivity to Sky. Particularly with upstairs bedroom. Have Sky booster and WiFi extenders in place. Have recently upgraded Sky broadband so have a new router but still no improvement.

The flat’s Wi-Fi is currently not working. The router has a solid yellow light instead of the expected green light, indicating it is not connecting to the internet. The guest has confirmed they are using the correct Wi-Fi credentials and has restarted the router several times, but the issue persists. Devices show “unable to connect”. The likely issue is with the router/broadband connection rather than the Wi-Fi password.

I need someone to connect up my wifi mesh network with some cat5 cables I put in 8 years ago. The cables are well labelled, but I'm not sure if they connect in a daisy chain or all lead back to a hub.

We have very bad WiFi in our flat. It is the same across all of the flats in our block. We are on PlusNet, and even though I've got an extension/dongle it still doesn't reach the office or the kitchen. We have to find a solution as we've had bad WiFi in our office and kitchen for 2 years now and tbh my wife is going mental about it! Would love if there's a specialist who can help here. Whether we need an entirely new router/dongle system?! Thank you!

I have a three floor home and have used wifi extender system (Linksys Velop Whole Home wifi system) for 5 years but after recent building works I can’t get it to work well again. I also have some smart home devices/lights. I want a check if I’ve set up the extenders wrong or if we have a bandwidth problem. Please adjust/fix the set up if possible or make recommendations.

I need you to set up a new Wifi Booster. TP Link RE700X (I can't get it to find my Hyperoptic router).
