Washing machine door stuck. Clothes inside but door won't open.

There is existing drain hose only water need proper connection

Our washing machine is making a really funny smell, kind of musty and grassy at the same time. We've cleaned it with professional cleaner, bleach, dishwasher tablets, the whole works. We've done hot washes, cold washes and drained the hose pipe. We need some advice on what to do please.

Currently tumble dryer not properly stack on top of washing machine. Stack kit might be broken. Need to un- stack first, install replacement stacking kit, then stack, finally adjust level. Washing machine & tumble dryer are fitted in a unit in a tight space. Therefore need to pull the appliances out first, then push in once done.

My washing machine has temporarily given up on me. I did a wash and when emptying it I noticed the water had not drained from the wash. I took out the tray and cleaned it out as it was full of gunk and smelt off. When putting it back in and putting on a quick spin for a test it just seemed to make noise and not actually do anything.

The machine turns on again but the water doesn't come out and sometimes the machine door doesn't open.

The door mechanism on my Bosch Exxcel 7/4 washer/dyer has broken. It's empty but I can't open the door - you'll need to open it and replace the broken part(s). Visually it looks fine.
