We have had an error with our Samsung washing machine. The code is 5C. We have cleared the filter and tried to clear other pipes, it just doesn’t drain. Might be the actual pipe that brings out the water.
Perfect - Josh was so great, so helpful and did an amazing job. He had the part we needed and fit it there and then. He also gave us lots of advice on our washing machine and dishwasher. He fitted a part of our cooker hood without charging extra. Would highly recommend him!
