We have a 1M by 1M painting that we need help hanging to the wall. It is above a stairwell and so we cannot hang it ourselves as we don’t have correct equipment

There is somethign wrong with the door knob and lock. It looks like when I push down the knob, it doesn't "bite" on the latch.

I need help to mount a new 23 inch monitor as part of a dual monitor system as well as tighten the mount and stand

Our alarm needs changing batteries but we've no step ladder and it's in a very awkward position on the upstairs landing above the stairs and the ceiling is high. Not entirely sure what batteries needed as first time we've changed it. Would be great to get it sorted and have correct batteries refitted safely, or if it just needs a reset - for that to be done. Quick help would be great as we've had a neighbour mention it.

Remove the wall cabinet(small one shown on the picture). Wall mount a bathroom cabinet shown on the picture (Size: 123cm (W) × 92cm (H) × 15cm (D)). The wall is tiled (as shown on rhe picture). I don't have screws or anything.

A short job, I need a large mirror hanging today or tomorrow, just just two or four bolts into the wall I don’t have the rite drill bit or I would do it myself. I can help lift it into place, you will need to supply the hook or screw/bolt but I do have a collection which I’m not sure is suitable.
