If resealing is the correct solution, remove the old silicone, clean and dry the area, and apply a neat new sanitary silicone seal. If the leak is coming from the pan connector, water supply, cistern or another component, please explain the issue and agree any additional repair cost before proceeding. 3. Replace broken thermostatic radiator valve head The existing TRV head/cap has broken off. Please check that the valve pin and valve body are still working correctly, then supply and fit a compatible replacement TRV head. If the valve body itself needs replacing or the heating system needs draining, please advise and quote for this separately before doing the additional work. Photos are attached. Please bring all necessary tools and leave the areas clean and tidy. I'm looking for a handyman to permanently secure a camera tripod desk mount to my desk. The original clamp doesn't fit the desk edge properly because of the desk design. I've temporarily reinforced it with Gorilla Tape, but it softens in the heat and the mount eventually collapses. I need someone to assess the mount and securely fix it to the desk, most likely by drilling through the thin metal plate on the clamp and fastening it to the desktop with suitable screws, bolts and washers. I'm open to a better solution if you have one. Please bring the appropriate drill bits and fixings if possible. Radiator has pulled away from the wall. Looks like the rawl plugs gave up on it. I've filled the holes behind the radiator, but it's propped up by a chair now, still connected to the pipes at the bottom. Will need draining, new screws and rawlplugs fitted, rehanging and a quick test.
