The heat energy from the pipeworks will emanate across the room, from the underfloor up to the ceiling. Hive installation on electric boiler has issues relating to the receiver and /or the thermostat. The setup was working perfectly until Hive’s online support gave my houseguest some instructions to reset it! There are currently no lights on the receiver, the hub itself is working & thermostat shows as connected on the app but says “call customer service” on the front. I suspect it is likely something simple but I’d prefer not to mess around with it any more! The boiler is electric - Potterton Gold 9kw and appears to be working fine!
