Our thermostat has connection problems, meaning the heating won’t turn on. We’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in the manual and nothing has worked.

I'm unable to control the temperature on my oven, it will just keep getting hotter and hotter, so I suspect the thermostat needs replacing.

Need Tado thermostat to be wired to boiler. Wireless connection has been set up already, just need the receiver to be connected to the combi boiler.

Just moved into a new house with Under floor heating. Need a plumber with good experience of UFH. The Danfoss CF-RS thermostats seem not to be working, so am only controlling directly via my Alpha boiler. Need someone to look at the system ASAP, as am leaving it on constant. (Also to fix the shower temp controller and a wobbly tap).

I need to replace a faulty old Danfoss thermostat, 2 wires only (battery powered, not mains powered). Replacement thermostat is Danfoss RET2001B, I am waiting for this part to arrive sometime week of 22 March.

Burning smell coming from thermostat hot water switch

None of my radiators have been working since I returned from a long holiday. They are all connected to a Hive V4 smart thermostat. I've turned on both hot water and heating on the control panel—hot water is working, but the heating is not. I’ve gone through the Hive V4 troubleshooting, and the connection seems fine. It looks like the issue is with the boiler.

One new double socket installed and chased into the wall. There is an existing socket already on the same wall. Removal of old thermostat which has already been disconnected.

I have an issue with my boiler / thermostat. Boiler works but the combination isn't working and boiler is just “on” Thermostat being used is a Google Nest If it’s a quick fix, great. If not, I’d like the thermostat disconnected so we can go back to manual hence the budget is more of a call out fee not a long job
