Wood needs a polish to match oil spill at the bottom and give a clean refurbished look. black sink needs to be replaced with another countertop sink

Stained screed floor needs sanding to remove stains should be a two or three hour job

Stain on kitchen ceiling from a leak of of upstair's washing machine waste water pipe. Leak is now fixed and stain has dried. We can provide the primer and paint but we do not have a ladder to reach the ceiling or paint rollers. We just need the stain painted over, not the whole ceiling.

I have a new flat-pack fir wood outdoor storage bench (112cm W x 58cm D x 84cm H) that needs preparing and finishing before assembly. Scope of work: • Light sanding of all timber components • Apply two thin coats of Osmo UV Protection Oil Extra (Graphite 3074 – Matt) to all surfaces • Ensure full coverage including underside panels and inside of storage lid • Allow appropriate drying time between coats • Assemble bench once fully dry The bench is still boxed. Work can take place on-site (terrace in London) or off-site if preferred. I already have the Osmo oil (as well sanding sheets and brushes available if required).
