Using Ronseal creosote I’d provid. The trader will need to have own equipment, rollers, brushes, etc. The job is intended to be completed unsupervised. Extreme care must be taken to avoid any drips or damage to the newly installed resin-bound boundary area. Requirements: Must be capable of working independently and unsupervised. Careful, tidy, and experienced with exterior wood treatment. Regular updates via WhatsApp during the job, including photos of completed work prior to payment being released. Wood needs a polish to match oil spill at the bottom and give a clean refurbished look. black sink needs to be replaced with another countertop sink

Stained screed floor needs sanding to remove stains should be a two or three hour job

Stain on kitchen ceiling from a leak of of upstair's washing machine waste water pipe. Leak is now fixed and stain has dried. We can provide the primer and paint but we do not have a ladder to reach the ceiling or paint rollers. We just need the stain painted over, not the whole ceiling.
