I would like to change the shower head and thermostatic control. I also want the bath and sink taps changed. I also need the paper to be changed behind the mirrror and a wall painted

Idk the price so have just entered £10. Can not remove shower head. Need either advice or some one to remove and put on a new one. Maybe need advice on what to buy before you come

I am in desperate need to change my shower head due to the hard water and add a filter. However as this shower head/plumbing is older I wanted to find out if it’s possible without making to many changes ? Kinda of just adding an attachment or something of will I need to request this from my landlord ?
