I’m looking for someone to sand down and refinish a desk that was just delivered to my home in Notting Hill. The current wood tone is too orange/brassy for my space, and I’d like it to be lightened to a more neutral, soft-toned finish – ideally something closer to a natural oak or taupe (nothing yellow, orange, or overly bleached).

We’ve unfortunately spilled oven cleaner on our counter top and are moving out of the rental so need to get this fixed ASAP. After this I would like any inconsistencies sanded and then teak oil applied. The items are a dining table, bench and 4 chairs. Table top is stained and has chips in it. Legs of table and bench as well as chairs are painted farrow and ball French grey.
