Hi, I have a NordMende built-in oven (model SO225IX), and after cooking incident (burnt chicken), there's a small area of exposed insulation just visible through a gap around the oven cavity that has a burnt smell. The oven works fine, is clean, and there's no damage to the wiring or heating elements. I’d just like to have that small burnt section of insulation removed to get rid of the lingering smell. I don’t need anything replaced—just a safe, quick removal of that bit if possible. The oven is still installed in the cabinet. Could you let me know the cost for this kind of visit, and if it’s something you can help with?

I also would like an electric oven disconnected from the kitchen where it is has been hard wired into the wall There is no removal needed, just safe disconnections of both.
