Josh went over and above for this job. Alerted me to the fact that the retailer won't disconnect my old appliances and offered to do it for me on the morning of delivery. Saved me a huge headache! He did so many extra things there isn't space to list including replacing a damaged socket for the oven and fitting a freestanding machine in place of an integrated one. Polite, courteous, understanding and so helpful the whole time. He's a keeper!

Oven is in working order, Just the timer keeps making a buzzing noise, after adjusting the time, it takes a while and it just resets to 12:00 and starts making a buzzing noise, even if you dont adjust the time, still makes the same buzzing noise for no reason until you press the clock button. Microwave starts and turns but doesn't work no matter what program I set. Need someone to look at them, let me know prices, Thank you! Both appliances are built in AEG
