Shower room is leaking due to whatever

Shower is leakingfrom upstairs to downstairs

I need someone to install an electric shower above my bath please. I haven’t bought an electric shower yet as I need somebody to check that the power can handle the watts for the shower I’m going to buy. Thank you

The external pressure/flow control handle on my shower valve has twisted loose and come off. The internal valve appears to still be intact, and the issue seems limited to the external handle or its fixing. I’m looking for someone to refit or replace the handle and check that it’s secure and operating correctly. The shower was working normally before the handle came loose.
