I need a plumber or experienced handyman to service my concealed thermostatic shower mixer. Tasks required: 1. Remove Handle & Faceplate: Carefully remove the matte black temperature handle and faceplate (as seen in the photo). 2. Clean Limescale/Corrosion: There is some buildup and pitting around the base of the handle. I need this cleaned up as much as possible without damaging the finish further. 3. Adjust Temperature Limit: The shower does not get hot enough. I need you to recalibrate the internal thermostatic cartridge/stop ring to allow for a higher maximum temperature (past the current 38°C limit). 4. Inspect for Leaks: Check if the white buildup is caused by a slow leak from the cartridge seals and advise if a new O-ring is needed. Notes: * I am not looking to replace the unit, just to have it serviced and the heat limit adjusted. • Please bring appropriate tools (allen keys/wrenches) and a descaling solution.

The second floor loft room shower and loo external connection pipes to the main soil pipe are coming loose and need reconnecting or replacing.

The hot water tap on my shower has stopped working properly. When I twist the hot water handle, only a very small amount of water comes out. Cold water still works normally. This started recently 2 days ago, no visible leaks. Looking for someone to inspect, repair/replace the tap or internal valve if needed.

We believe one of the drain pipe below corner of the shower is leaking. Remove boxing, inspect pipes and repair as required. New boxing, tiling and mastic around.
