My shower will get warm but runs cold in between or will not stay hot for too long then cold for a minute or few the hot again.

The shower handle still turns, but it spins loosely and doesn’t turn the water on anymore. It looks like the small screw inside came loose, so the handle no longer connects to the valve properly. Looking for someone who can fix or replace the handle mechanism so the shower works again. Photos attached for reference.

Temperature control is not working in my two showers and the valve is leaking. We have two bathrooms in the flat with a hand held shower and overhead shower each. They are both leaking a small amount of water around the temperature valve. We have tried to replace the cartridge but the problem remains. The apartment has a hot water tank which is heated via a communal boiler. When we heat up the water in the tank sometimes the shower valve is leaking and we have assumed that the pressure relief system of the tank is not working properly. Could you help us assess both the shower valves and the water tank to make sure they work correctly.

Install the head held shower head and the holder. Prefer filter shower head.

Bath shower mixer taps fitted

No hot water in shower though we have it in the taps in the sink. Likely a faulty cartridge that needs to be replaced. Thanks

The hot water pressure in the shower is now very low. The sound of an electric pump/pressure used to come on automatically when you use the shower, but it is now only intermittent. I am unsure whether it is a water pressure or an electrical issue.

My electric shower unit Triton T80 had its pressure relief go, which means there is pressure built up in the system or the showerhead. The pressure relief needs to be replaced, as well as the showerhead. Please give me a complete cost including the spares (showerhead should be a medium priced one, not the super cheap ones as that is what blew the relief..) and everything included, i will not renegotiate pricing after a deal is made, as the landlond needs to OK it. Looking at how much a new official showerhead costs as well as the pressure relief, i would also like to know the total cost of replacing the whole unit as some of them can be had (the same one, more modern i believe) in screwfix for £120.
